Biography:Nigel Quinton is the Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) for Hitchin & Harpenden. He lives a mile from the constituency border in Lemsford, and is a councillor in Welwyn Garden City, where as the LibDem borough health champion he has led the campaign to get the Hatfield Hospital delivered as promised by Labour. He also sits on the Environment and Social Overview and Scrutiny Committees, and was responsible for pushing the Tory-run council to sign the Nottingham Declaration last year.
